Refund Policy

Overview

Vincia Software OPC (“Vincia”) offers subscription-based plans billed monthly. This Refund Policy describes your rights and options regarding payments made for Vincia subscriptions.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Vincia paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies only to your first payment on a new paid subscription and does not apply to renewals.

To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at support@vincia.app within 14 days of your payment date. Include your registered email address and the date of purchase. We will process the refund within 5–10 business days.

Subscription Renewals

Subscription payments are non-refundable after the 14-day initial guarantee window. If you cancel your subscription after a renewal payment has been processed, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds will be issued for early cancellation of a renewal.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Billing & plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access until then. After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases where:

• The account has violated our Terms of Service
• The refund request is made more than 14 days after the initial purchase
• The account has already received a refund for a previous subscription period

Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing disputes and chargebacks. If you have a payment dispute, you may also contact Paddle directly. Our Paddle seller ID is available upon request.
