Can I change plans at any time?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept for Vincia subscriptions?
Vincia uses Paddle for subscription billing, which accepts all major credit cards and many local payment methods.
How do my clients pay me for appointments?
Vincia does not process your end-customer payments. You add your own payment link (PayPal.me, GCash, bank transfer, etc.) or QR code to your booking page, and clients pay you directly. You then mark bookings as paid in your dashboard.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
All plans start on Free. When you upgrade you get the first 14 days on us — no credit card required until then.
